FAQ’s About Booking a Tour
Q. When I book online when will I receive my confirmation?
A. It could be up to 24 hours after you make your reservation during busy periods. If we can not confirm your tour we will issue a full refund.
Q. What do I need to bring on the day of the tour?
A. When you send the confirmation, include your cell number. The tour guide will text you in the morning if you have any questions. You should also monitor the weather and dress accordingly.
Q. How long is the tour and when do I get back?
A. We cannot guarantee return times as delays can and do happen. We will give an approximate time of when you’re coming back to Las Vegas. If you have a flight to catch on the same day of the tour, we advise you to rent a car, as you will have 100% control over return times.
